Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their order by calling customer care at +91-8130789851, emailing customercare@lenskandy.com, or by logging into their account.

Once an order has been dispatched from the LensKandy warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

 Partial cancellation of an order is not allowed, and no refund will be issued for a partial cancellation.

Orders placed under a specific promotional offer are governed by that offer's own cancellation terms.
