Processing time

We process all orders within 1–3 business days (weekends and public holidays not included). Once your order is processed, you'll get an email with your tracking details.

Delivery timelines

•     Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (for metro cities).

•     Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (for metro cities).

•     Regional Shipping: 7–10 business days (for Tier-2, Tier-3 cities, and rural areas).

Where we deliver

We deliver to various regions in India only at the moment. Though, we're yet to provide overseas shipping services. Our logistics partners can deliver items to almost all urban centers and rural settlements in the country, but a few very isolated places may have a lower chance of delivery. In such situations, if your home address falls in one of these rare areas, we will inform you about it before proceeding with an order. 

Tracking your order

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email or SMS. You can track your shipment through the courier's website, or by checking your account on our site.

Packaging

We pack every order securely so it reaches you in perfect condition, using eco-friendly packaging wherever we can.

Lost, damaged, or delayed orders

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your tracking details. We'll work with the courier to sort it out whether that's a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Delivery address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We can't take responsibility for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Holidays and unforeseen delays

Because of festive seasons, public holidays, and things like really bad weather or delivery service strikes, delivery times are very likely to be longer that usual. We'd recommend ordering ahead of time if you're ordering during one of these periods.
